    The CCC presents the Guan Zhao-Zhi Best Paper Prize and the Poster Award annually. Papers submitted to CCC could be eligible to apply for the Awards. Detailed information and rules of the awards can be found at the websites http://tcct.amss.ac.cn and http://ccc.amss.ac.cn

Awarding Rules for "Guan Zhao-Zhi Award":
   Professor Guan Zhao-Zhi was an academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, a world wide famous mathematician and expert on control theory. He dedicated his whole life to the research and development of systems and control science, and has made significant contribution to them. To memorize and honor Professor Guan Zhao-Zhi and to enhance the development of control theory in China, the Guan Zhao-Zhi Award has been established. The fund of Guan Zhao-Zhi, managed by the Guan Zhao-Zhi Fund Committee, comes from donations of organizations and persons in or out of China.
      The awardees of Guan Zhao-Zhi Award are the papers submitted to the annual Chinese Control Conference, sponsored by the Technical Committee on Control Theory, Chinese Automation Association. The first authors of the papers should be under 40 years old. The members of Evaluation Committee of Guan Zhao-Zhi Award are neither the author no the co-author of the papers. The results in the papers are new, which haven't be published elsewhere. Guan Zhao-Zhi Award is issued annually. At most two papers. In case of necessary, the Evaluation Committee can decide whether to add Guan Zhao-Zhi Nomination Award for at most two papers. The papers attended to apply Guan Zhao-Zhi Award should be clearly claimed on submission with the copies of the ID Cards of the first Authors. The papers have to pass the review process as Conference papers. Then the Evaluation Committee will invite some experts to provide comments, and then to determine candidate papers based on the comments. The candidate papers have to be presented on the Conference by the first authors. According to the papers' qualities and the presentations, the Evaluation Committee will select the awardees. The awards will be claimed and issued on the closing ceremony of Chinese Control Conference.
      The Evaluation Committee of Guan Zhao-Zhi Award, which is in charge of the evaluation and award issue, consists of some famous experts from dom. and abroad, who are invited by the Fund Committee of Guan Zhao-Zhi. In case less of two thirds of the members of Evaluation Committee attend the CCC, with the agreement of the Chairs of Evaluation Committee and the Technical Committee on Control Theory, some other experts will be invited as the members of the Evaluation Committee as members for year.
      The Fund Committee of the Guan Zhao-Zhi Award, attached to the Technical Committee on Control Theory, consists of one or two chairs, one or two vise chairs, and several members. It takes the responsibilities for the collecting and managing the fund and other issues of the award.
     The right of explanation and modification of this document belongs to the Fund Committee of the Guan Zhao-Zhi Award.


Awarding Rules for Chinese Control Conference Poster Award:
      
Accompanying the flourish of the Chinese Control Conference (CCC), Poster Papers become one of the important ways for academic exchange. To encourage the poster presentation at CCC, a ¡°Chinese Control Conference Poster Award¡± is created at the 25th CCC and hereafter.
      The fund of the Award is provided by the Technical Committee on Control Theory (TCCT), Chinese Association of Automation. The candidates of the CCC Poster Award are all the authors, whose poster papers have been accepted and poster-presented at the current CCC, with the contents not been published elsewhere before.
     The Evaluation Committee of the CCC Poster Award will be organized by the TCCT via inviting outstanding scholars. The evaluating criteria consist of academic level, quality of exhibition etc. No more than two poster papers are awarded annually.
     The TCCT holds the authority to explain the rules of this Award.
