Procedures for Submission and Publication
Members of the editorial board suggest candidates	Authors fill out the proposal form and submit it to the editorial board

The editorial board approves the proposal and sends invitations to authors	↓

Authors fill out the proposal form	The editorial board approves the application

Science Press confirms the project and signs the publishing contract with the authors

Submission of the manuscript（electronic text）
↓
The editorial board reviews the manuscript, which will enter the publication procedure if accepted

The manuscript is checked, edited and proofed altogether four times. Meanwhile, one proof will be sent to the authors for final proof (The publication procedure normally takes 4~5months)
