第一条   中国自动化学会控制理论专业委员会“杰出贡献奖”由中国自动化学会控制理论专业委员会（以下简称专业委员会）设立并组织实施，颁发给长期服务于专业委员会、为推动控制理论与应用在中国的发展做出杰出贡献的人士。

第二条   中国自动化学会控制理论专业委员会“杰出贡献奖”获奖者应符合以下条件：

• 当届或往届的专业委员会委员（含顾问委员），在专业委员会工作两届以上；
• 以TCCT为平台为推动控制理论与应用在中国的发展做出杰出贡献。

第三条   专业委员会设立中国自动化学会控制理论专业委员会“杰出贡献奖”评奖委员会（以下简称评奖委员会）负责该奖的评选工作。该奖候选人由专业委员会委员提名产生，评奖委员会委员不作为候选人。

第四条   自2018年起该奖每年评选一次，每次奖励人数为1人。该奖项在评奖当年的中国控制会议上颁发。

第五条   评奖委员会评奖结果在以下条件下有效：

• 参会评奖委员会委员人数不少于全体委员的半数；
• 获奖人得票数不少于参会委员人数的三分之二。

第六条   评奖委员会跟随专业委员会换届。新一届专业委员会负责组织新一届评奖委员会。

第七条   本条例的解释权和修改权属于中国自动化学会控制理论专业委员会。

1. The TCCT Outstanding Contribution Award (OCA) is established and sponsored by the Technical Committee on Control Theory (TCCT), Chinese Association of Automation (CAA). The recipients of OCA are the individuals who have served TCCT for a considerably long time and have made significant contributions to enhance the development of control theory and its applications in China.

2. The following is the requirements for the OCA awardees:

• Who have served as members of the current or the past TCCT, including members of the Advisory Committee of TCCT, for at least two terms;
• Who have made outstanding contributions to the development of control theory and its applications in China.

3. The Award Committee for OCA, appointed by TCCT, takes full responsibility of evaluation of the candidates who are nominated by the TCCT members. The members of the current Award Committee of OCA are not legal candidates.

4. The award will be issued every year since 2018, and the number of awardee will be one. The award is issued in the same year as the Chinese Control Conference.

5. The vote for the award is effective if

• The number of participants at the evaluation meeting is not less than half of the total number of members of the Award Committee of OCA;
• The number of effective votes is not less than two thirds of the participants.

6. The serving term of the Award Committee of OCA is the same as its corresponding TCCT term. Each TCCT is responsible for organizing the new Award Committee of OCA.

7. TCCT of CAA reserves the right of explanation and modification of this document.
