Recently, we have received lots of mails, in which there are some questions about Paper Submission. In order to solve these questions and supply references to authors, by summing up, three notices are as follow:
　 1. There is a Paper Submission System, which is designed for submitting papers. Please enter http://ccc.amss.ac.cn/pms to submit your paper. And papers will not be accepted by sending to our e-mailbox, which adress is on http://web-mail.csu.edu.cn.
       2. English and Chinese are both available, you can choose one of them to finish your paper, don't need to use both of them simultaneously.
       3. At paper submission stage, you just need to submit pdf document of your paper. After receiving the notification of acceptance, you should submit both of doc document and pdf document of your paper.
