We receive a lot of requesting of extending the Paper Submission Deadline a t the recently, cause such as demand according to everybody and the Spring Festival is later, in order to ensure that the thesis author has more time to contribute, the Paper Submission Deadline is prolonged specially to March 10 , 2007.

   NOTICE:   The conference proceedings have been selected for coverage in ISI proceedings/ISTP (Index to Scientific and Technical Proceedings) since 2005 and included in the IEEE CPP (Conference Publications Program) since 2006. The conference proceedings of 2006 have been published in the IEEE Explore, and been searched by EI automatically but delayed for one or two years relatively.
            We have received the reply from IEEE that the 26th chinese control conference thesis collection would be put into the publishing process of IEEE in 2007; IEEE Catalog Number: 07EX1694.
