The primary agenda as follows:
   July 26, 2007: Register all day;
   July 27 to 29, 2007: academic conference;
   July 30 to 31, 2007: visit and investigate  ( optional scheme )  ;
   August 1, 2007: visiting and investigating with selection, there will be three schemes    to be chosen.
